Chilli Infused

Our Chilli infused oil uses our Leccino olive oil as this has a naturally occurring peppery taste which builds on the base of the tongue. We have been careful just to add the right amount of the chilli allowing the oil to carry it’s warmth through to the taste buds.

This to can be used for steaks, stir-frying or even a little kick for a Tuna salad. A must for drizzling over chocolate ice cream or in fondue.
