Ginger and Lime Infused

Ginger has been a major part of food preparations for centuries and is believed to have originally come from the Far East and quickly spread to the rest of the world via the spice routes. Ginger is known to have many health benefits which is why it can be found in many folk medicines and herbal teas.

Limes are an absolute powerhouse, loaded with vitamin C which includes health benefits such as Antioxidants and even Antibiotic effects. Both the Ginger and Lime are well complimented by the fruity Frantoio olive oil and when heated give a pleasing aromatic aroma. This oil lends it’s self very well to salad dressings, stir-frys or home made breaded fish cakes.
